Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days from the time the order is placed. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day. Shipping Fees Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to update. Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to Australia only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or certain international locations. Return & Exchange Policy
Returns and Exchanges Policy Thank you for shopping with CellCeuticals! We hope you love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we are here to help. Please review our Returns and Exchanges Policy below for full details on how to return or exchange an item. Return Eligibility We accept returns on most items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. How to Return an Item Contact Us: To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer service team at hellocellceuticals@outlook.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the address to return the item(s). Prepare Your Return: Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging or similar protective packaging to prevent damage during shipping. Be sure to include the Return Authorization Number inside the package. Ship the Return: Send your return to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item. Exchanges If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same steps above to initiate the return. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process the exchange for the requested product.
